APPOINTMENT POLICY

Walk-ins welcome (if applicable), but appointments are recommended.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early.

Clients arriving 15+ minutes late may need to reschedule or accept a shortened service.
CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may be charged 50% of the service cost.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and may be required to prepay for future appointments.
DEPOSIT POLICY

A non-refundable deposit of 10% may be required for high-demand services or first-time clients.

Deposits go toward the total cost of the service.
PAYMENT POLICY

We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and other specified payment methods ( Zelle, Apple Pay, etc.).

Tips are appreciated but never expected.

Full payment is due at the end of your appointment.
GUEST POLICIES

Due to limited space and safety regulations, no extra guests are allowed unless being serviced.

Children must be supervised at all times.
SERVICE SATISFACTION POLICY

If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within 48 hours.

We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to offer adjustments or corrections at no additional cost.
HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell, have a contagious illness, or have head lice.

Our tools and stations are sanitized after each client.
COLOR / CHEMICAL SERVICE POLICY

Results may vary depending on hair history and condition.

A consultation may be required before complex services.

We are not liable for damage due to undisclosed prior treatments.
PHOTOS & SOCIAL MEDIA

We may take photos of your finished style for our portfolio or social media.

Let us know if you’d prefer not to be photographed.
